First of all, no, you don’t have a weapon in most places outside your base. Second, according to different experiments you need minimum 6 metres distance from a potential attacker to have enough time to react to the threat and make your weapon ready. If you can do any basic physical exercise like jogging then… yes, you can train with us. In different age groups we have students ranging from 5 years old up to 60. The level of intensity depends on your individual abilities and personal preference. Come and try for yourself.
